The difference between whole-food vitamin C and ascorbic acid is often overlooked, but very important.

Whole food C has bioflavonoids at the core of an ascorbic acid shell. These play a critical role in our body - tyrosinase has bioavailable copper in it, which our bodies need to make the active form of ceruloplasmin (ferroxidase).

Grounding is a very effective way to relax your body. It reduces your fight-flight response and helps your body to be more centred, balanced, less tense and less stressed. It's a great way to help reduce anxiety and the feelings of overwhelm too!

Focus on getting some time each day to hug a tree, walk on grass in bare feet, visit the beach or otherwise connect with nature.

In cold climates, you may opt for "grounding sheets" or other options that help you connect.
