This week two Home modifications handover’s were completed. Both participants were so excited to be back at home to see the results. The great team of qualified registered builders working along side the occupational therapist and Auscare Victoria support coordination team, carefully designing to suit each individuals circumstances and needs. Two participants Goals ✅ are now marked off.
What a great way to end the week🥰

Home Modification in process.😊We are so excited. Our support coordinator Merve and Director Akkiz made a visit to our client today. He is currently staying in a hotel paid for through the NDIS.
Whilst his home modifications project at home are underway. 🏠

We are all excited and cant wait to see the results.
These modifications have been carefully designed to make our participants day to day life a breeze with the installation and renovations once completed.

We thank Our very own support coordinator Merve for making this life changing modification a reality ☺️
We Love to say another Goal underway and nearly ticked as complete☺️

Its that time of year Spring 🌼 The weather is now warming up perfect to get out and about… in saying that the weather has never stopped her but its so much more enjoyable when the suns out.

Our participant working to Achieve her Goals is well underway. We are all very excited as we can see the progress.

What we Aim for at Auscare:

- Support to participate in social groups or spend time with friends.
- To Engage with Activitys and other Community Groups.
- To Feel Inclusive
- To Developing social skills
- To Boost Self confidence
- To Build skills, and to explore new interest or to learn new things.
