Centennial Park 🏞️

On Monday, Cambre Cottage enjoyed a wonderful day exploring Centennial Park, and it truly turned into something special. Spotting ducks by the water became an unexpected highlight, sparking plenty of laughs and moments of shared delight. Throughout the day, everyone had the chance to slow down, connect, and create core memories together while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

The visit also offered the opportunity to experience a different part of Sydney, encouraging a sense of discovery and appreciation for the city’s natural spaces. It was a day filled with fresh air, good company, and simple joys that made the experience memorable.

🏊‍♂️ Friday Swim Sesh! 🏊‍♀️

Every Friday from now until March, Cambre Inclusive Solutions will be hosting our weekly pool sessions! 💦

These sessions include water-safety support, gentle stretching, and plenty of fun water games to get everyone moving and smiling. It’s always a great way to end the week!

🎳 Monthly Bowling Fun! 🎳

Our Cambre Inclusive Solutions participants absolutely love our monthly bowling days! Everyone gets involved, cheering each other on and celebrating every strike, spare and happy moment together. 💙

This week marks our final bowling outing for the year, but don’t worry — we’ll be back on the lanes next year!

The rest of the year is jam-packed with exciting Christmas outings, festive art projects, and preparations for a special end-of-year performance. We can’t wait to share all the fun with you! 🎄✨

♻️ Return and Earn! ♻️

At Cambre Inclusive Solutions, we’re passionate about doing our part to reduce, reuse and recycle. From our office team to our community members and day group participants, everyone gets involved!

Every few weeks, we collect and fill multiple bags of 10c bottles and cans to take to our local Return and Earn centre. Not only does this help reduce waste — it also lets us save up for fun participant activities, like parties and special outings! 🎉🌟

Last week, our participants at the Cambre Daygroup got creative and put their candle-making skills to the test! Each person designed their own unique candle, choosing their favourite colours and scents to craft something truly one-of-a-kind.

🎄 Christmas Lights – Second Chance Event! 🎅

For those who couldn’t make it to our first Christmas light experience, Cambre Inclusive Solutions has another magical evening planned!

When: Friday, December 20th
Where: Cascades Camden
Time: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
What to Bring: Money for a sweet treat if you like, and comfy walking shoes.

As always, Cambre will provide transport to and from the festivities.

Keep an eye out – Santa might be prancing and dancing around with all of his reindeer, making sure everyone is on the nice list!

December is the perfect time to visit festive Christmas markets! Join us to shop for cute gifts, enjoy delicious food, and make wonderful memories together.

Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What to Bring: Money for stalls and lunch, or pack your own lunch and snacks

As always, transport will be provided for all participants who RSVP by the date on the poster. Don’t miss out on the fun!

The next Monthly Fishing Adventure is coming up — and we’re heading to a great spot!

📍 Where: Mort Bay Park Wharf, Balmain
📅 When: Saturday, December 13th
🕗 Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🎒 What to Bring: Hat, lunch, and beverages

As always, Cambre Inclusive Solutions will provide fishing equipment, chairs, sunscreen, and transport to and from the location. 🌞🎣

Make sure you’ve said a little prayer to the fishing gods 🐟 — we’re hoping for a great bite and plenty of photo-worthy catches! 📸
