Hey everyone,

We hope you are all excited for Gala Ball as we are! 💃✨

To make this event even more special, we’d love to see your favourite snaps from this year - both from SUPA and from pharmacy-related activities! Whether you’re laughing with friends at a pub-crawl or diving into a workshop with your favourite tutor, we want to celebrate those unforgettable moments and see how 2025 bloomed into a year of fun, friendship and growth.

Your photos will be featured during our SUPA Gala Ball presentation and may also appear in future event promotions on our social media. With this, just make sure that everyone in the photo is happy for it to be shared and that the photo is appropriate 🙂 Also, the official deadline for photos is the 29th November, 2025.

Dear Graduates of 2025,
We are thrilled to announce that the nominations for the Graduate Awards are officially OPEN! 🥳🥳

The annual Gala Ball is our most highly anticipated event, a night dedicated to celebrating the extraordinary achievements, dedication, and impact of the students and our lovely Pharmacy School staff and educators over the past year. This is your opportunity to recognize those individuals and teams who deserve the recognition at the Gala Ball night.

All answers should be people in 4th Year B.Pharm, 5th Year B.Pharm & Management or Second Year M.Pharm.
Please use full names for nominations.
You may NOT answer more than 3 questions with the same person.

📍 Award information
The deadline for this nomination is on Friday, 29th October 2025 at 11:59 pm. The winners will be revealed live at the Gala Ball on Friday, 5th December 2025 at Le Montage 38 Frazer St, Lilyfield NSW 2040.

Please also upload photos if you and your friends want to be included in the presentation on the night! If photos cannot be uploaded on the google form, feel free to send us photos through email.

One person from each group can fill out the table requests form with who they’d like to be seated with on the night - whether it’s a big group or just one other person - we will try our best to cater to all of the requests!

Final date to submit: Thursday 6th of November 2025

For people who do not fill out the form by Thursday 6th of November 2025, they will be allocated to a table by us!
