Understanding the Human Condition

Learning about how we operate as human beings, our biases, the thoughts and compulsions we experience is fascinating. The better we can understand ourselves and others, the more suffering we can avoid... and when suffering is unavoidable, the better we can learn to sit with it (living with discomfort). When cultivating the art of being human, we need to be curious, thoughtful, open, patient and playfull. Looking forward to learning more about being :)
