Join us for a day dedicated to Reflection and Rejuvenation at the enchanting Haven and Harmony Wellness Day Retreat on May 24th. As we transition into Autumn and prepare for the winter months ahead, this day will focus on releasing what no longer serves us. Enjoy a variety of activities, including yoga, meditation, uplifting conversations, wellness sessions, and nourishing food, featuring a special session led by me.

In my session, we will delve into the five elements, with a particular emphasis on the metal element and the art of letting go. Just as nature gracefully sheds its leaves in preparation for winter, Autumn encourages us to slow down, take deep breaths, and release what is no longer needed. This golden season invites us to enhance our self-care, realign our priorities, and nurture clarity, balance, and inner strength. The metal element symbolizes wisdom and offers insights into maintaining our physical and emotional well-being, representing grief and the ability to let go. It embodies purification, structure, and boundaries, helping us discern what is truly valuable and what we can release.
