What a fab year it’s been Nia-wise. So many lovely people, so much moving to the music. 🎶
What has been a particular bonus is the positive stories you’ve shared of improved health in body and mind and the social connections made at class. Thank you all. Nia with Jen wouldn’t ‘be’ without you 😊
