Tomorrow is our last walk before Christmas. We’re going to take a couple of weeks off over the break and be back into it in mid January. we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I’m view of terribly inclement weather, and several Wakefield Gardens Surgery staff members unwell, we are cancelling tomorrow’s (Wednesday 29th November) walk.

How has another week passed by? The weather is looking a little warmer tomorrow so we hope to see you all there!
If you have a mat or towel bring it along so Dani can mix up the exercises!

Today is the day! Hip hip hooray! It’s a little brisk so pack your jackets and beanies. We’ll be wearing ours - look for the fluoro green jackets out the front of Wakefield Gardens Surgery at 10am this morning!! We can’t wait to see you!
(And spare a thought for our walker RN Eboney who hails from Darwin!)
