The Workplace Therapist Enhancing emotional intelligence through human connection. We specialise in supporting workplaces with training, team interventions and one on one support.

We make the difficult stuff fun and engaging and support growth along the way. Providing counselling and psychotherapy with a relaxed, non-judgmental, compassionate and intuitive approach. We work with individuals, couples and groups to support people as they find their own answers and develop better relationships with themselves and others. I have a particular interest and extra training in; rela

tionships, anxiety, depression, mindfulness, couples therapy, trauma, change and transition, sexual health and LGBTI issues. So much of counselling is about finding the right person. If you think you could benefit from therapy, get in touch and see if we are a good fit. No medicare referral required. We also provide facilitation, training, coaching and mediation services to workplaces.

Awake with heartburn from too much pizza, wondering if it’s a hot flush or a virus, existential dread about world wars - do I need a bunker? and of course closer to home a few very real family stressors 😬

Ah bless you 3am mind for you ability to lean heavily into the land of doom.

And with that observation, after all the misery and angst has been acknowledged, something else starts to emerge…

The importance of fun, one of my core values.

Moments of joy and irreverence that cut through the heaviness.

Even in the middle of very real pressure, there is almost always something human, funny, warm, or grounding… if we remember or are able to look for it.

Joy isn’t denial.
It’s regulation.
It’s resilience.
Its balance and it feels good 😍

Let’s see if I can hang onto this perspective for the day if sleep remains elusive… 🤞🤞🤞💕💕💕
