Looking to get some tips from a Paedatric physio with your little one. Want to help them get them moving more or worried about something and want to ask a question? Join us this Thursday in Dickson at 10am to meet the lovely Andrea from Brave Kids physio. She will give us some tips and answer questions!

This week’s gathering will be extra informative - we’ll be joined by Kayla, a pharmacist from Capital Chemist Braidwood who will share insights on medications in pregnancy and breastfeeding 💊🫄🤱. A great opportunity to bring your questions!

🗓 Upcoming schedule & changes:

No meetings during the school holidays

The next meeting will then be:

23rd October: We’ll welcome a physiotherapist to chat and answer questions about our body changes during pregnancy and following birth

30th October: A dental hygienist will join us to talk about oral health for our little ones teeth.

Sessions may move to fortnightly for a short time following this.

All mums (and bubs under 12 months) and mums to be, are welcome to come along and share this journey with other mums 💕

I'm excited to share that the Canberra Postnatal Parent Group is back, now in a new, space in Dickson and Phillip.
🗓 Next session: Thursday, 2nd Oct at 10am Dickson & 1pm Phillip
📍 DKB Hall (next to Café Stepping Stone, Dickson)
Woden World of wellbeing, Phillip
🌀 Runs fortnightly
👶 For parents with babies up to ~10 months
👥 Small, supportive group
Cost $20 a session
✨ We’ve got some amazing guest speakers lined up:
• Paediatric Physiotherapist
• Lauren from LA Therapy – Registered Music Therapist
• Amy – Biodanza Instructor
• Plus sessions on baby massage and more
This is a gentle, welcoming space to connect, share, reflect, and grow alongside other parents – and maybe pick up a few new tools or insights along the way 💛
