Holiday Break Notification

Dear Develop Daily Clients and referral agencies,

As the holiday season approaches, we would like to inform you that Develop Daily Counselling will be on a Christmas break from December 20th to January 4th. During this period, our team will be unavailable and will not be able to respond to emails or phone calls.

We are excited to announce that we are now accepting new clients at Develop Daily trauma Counselling! If you are interested in our trauma recovery services, please reach out to us via email at hi@developdaily.com.au or call us at 0421 442 202.

For clients referred from other agencies, please contact your case manager for more information. For updates on our services and fees, visit our newly updated website at www.developdaily.com.au.

We are also thrilled to introduce new services as part of our trauma counselling recovery program, which we will be updating soon. Currently, we are seeing clients both online and face-to-face by appointment only.

Nathan and I look forward to creating a safe and supportive space for our clients on their recovery journey.

📢 **Important Notice: Practice Capacity Update**

Dear valued followers,

We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to take a moment to provide you with an important update regarding our practice.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we regret to inform you that our practice is currently not accepting new clients and does not have the capacity to deliver EMDR or clinical therapy. Both of our therapists are currently on leave until July 2024, which means we are unable to respond to emails in a timely manner or accommodate new clients.

However, we want to assure you that we are still open for workshops and other non-clinical services. If you're interested in attending any of our workshops or events, please visit our website [developdaily.com.au]or follow us on our social media platforms for updates and announcements.

We understand that this news may be disappointing, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please know that we are actively working towards reopening our books and resuming our clinical therapy services. It is with regret that we must inform you that we have tested positive for COVID-19 and will need to take some time off to recover. As your health and safety are of paramount importance to us, we will not be able to see any clients until we have fully recovered.

Please note that we are not a crisis service and may not be available to respond immediately. If you or your loved one are in a life-threatening situation, please call 000 immediately.
