At the core of our philosophy is skin health, we believe in addressing the root of a skin condition, not just the aesthetics. Results are achieved through a bespoke approach to prescribed dermal therapies, skincare and nutrition supplementation. The skin is our largest organ; it's the most visible, the most critiqued yet still the most under appreciated. Our focus is not only in treating and maintaining but educating our clients on the importance of valuing our integumentary system, which is our skin. We have carefully curated a range of skincare and nutritional supplements in addition to having the latest technology available for your dermal therapies. Our skin covers our entire body and yet we spend most of our time and money investing in looking after only our face, and then cover it with make-up! Unfortunately, intrinsic and extrinsic ageing affects all of our skin. Here at The Clinic Skin Health, we have paramedical treatments from head to literally toe. Our approach is revise, rebuild, repair and maintain. We are not doctors or nurses; we are Dermal Clinician’s that have Degree qualifications or higher with our founder holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Dermal Science.

1. Apply your hydrating mask before the shower
The steam boosts absorption, softens dead skin cells, and helps the mask pe*****te deeper. It’s like giving your mask a mini-facial moment.

2. Keep your eye cream in the fridge
Cool temperature reduces puffiness, tightens the under-eye area temporarily, and feels luxurious — especially first thing in the morning.

3. Apply body lotion on damp skin
Don’t towel-dry all the way. Seal in water with your moisturiser for softer, plumper skin that lasts all day (and you’ll use way less product).

4. Warm your cleanser between your hands before applying
Especially for cream, oil and balm cleansers — this helps them glide better, melt makeup faster, and ensures a more thorough but gentle cleanse.

5. Mist your face before applying serums.
A slightly damp canvas increases ingredient pe*******on and helps hyaluronic acid bind properly.

6. Massage your cleanser for 60 seconds

Tinea Versicolor

Also known as Pityriasis Versicolor, this common skin condition occurs when yeast naturally living on the skin grows out of balance — often in warm, humid environments.

You might notice:
🌀 Light or dark patches on the chest, back, or shoulders
💫 Fine, dry scaling
☀️ Spots that don’t tan evenly.
While it’s not contagious, it can be persistent and recur, especially in summer.

Treatment focuses on rebalancing the skin’s microbiome and barrier:
🧴 Antifungal cleansers or topical treatments
💆🏽‍♀️ Supporting the skin barrier post-treatment
🥗 Addressing internal triggers like diet, heat, and sweat.

The Clinic Skin Health was born from passion and need. At the core of our philosophy is SKIN HEALTH, we believe in addressing the root of a skin condition, not just the aesthetics. Our client’s results are achieved through a bespoke approach to prescribed dermal therapies, skincare and nutritional supplementation. For so long the clinical approach to skin revision has been to resurface and strip the skin using lasers without any thought or guidance into rebuilding and repairing the new skin to function optimally. It’s for this reason that our approach is progressive and not aggressive, you obtain long term results this way.

We believe that true skin revision is a partnership between client and clinican. We want to achieve your goals as much as you do -but we can’t do it alone! Which means the knowledge, advice and homecare we prescribe to you needs to be upheld and we promise if you do this we WILL get you the skin results you are wanting to achieve.

At your wits end with acne? We can HELP you.
