Midweek Affirmation ✨🤍

Your body isn’t the enemy, it’s your guide.
The more I’ve learned to flow with mine instead of forcing it, the more peace I’ve found in movement, healing, and rest.

Whether it’s endo pain, fatigue, or just a long week, honouring your body’s rhythm is strength too. 🌙

🌷Women’s Health Week 2024🌷

This week is all about embracing our health and well-being. The topics that are going to be explored this week are:

1. Know your body - know what’s normal and what’s not, empower yourself with knowledge about your body.

2. Courageous conversations - talking to doctors and health professionals about topics like menopause, periods, PCOS and sexual health can be tricky but having open discussions can help figure out what’s going on and how best to help you.

3. Shame and stigma - breaking down barriers to learn more about your body and knowing that you’re not alone.

4. Point of difference - don’t compare your journey to others, different conditions can affect people in different ways, your journey is just as important.

5. Trust your gut - healthy foods and supporting your hormones can be hard to navigate but getting back to basics can help. I also like to think about this on a “gut feeling” perspective, it’s important to advocate for yourself and having the support of a great health care team can help. It is your journey if it doesn’t feel right, keep digging.
