In the ACT government newsletter this week they were calling for grant applications for wellbeing programs as are many councils and government organisations around Australia to meet a growing need in the community. Squatting is one of the best daily movement to maintain a healthy back! Modern life has decreased the need to squat, using chairs all the time which doesn't help our backs. Postural muscles turn off after 20 mins of sitting - not helpful!!!
