Join Deb each Wednesday night at 6pm for a deeply restorative class, for those with little or no yoga experience and people looking for a beautiful stretch and the chance to relax mid-week. Enjoy the focus on breathwork, releasing, lengthening, and a range of less-demanding yoga postures. Practice yoga once a week and it will change your mind, practice twice a week and it will change your body, practice every day and it will change your life. Torrens Community Yoga aims to make yoga safe and accessible for everyone in the area. Increase mobility, reduce stress and build strength through yoga postures, and increase mindfulness through breath work and meditation.
