Join Deb each Wednesday night at 6pm for a deeply restorative class, for those with little or no yoga experience and people looking for a beautiful stretch and the chance to relax mid-week. Enjoy the focus on breathwork, releasing, lengthening, and a range of less-demanding yoga postures. Practice yoga once a week and it will change your mind, practice twice a week and it will change your body, practice every day and it will change your life. Torrens Community Yoga aims to make yoga safe and accessible for everyone in the area. Increase mobility, reduce stress and build strength through yoga postures, and increase mindfulness through breath work and meditation. This festive season don’t forget to look after yourself 🤍

This time of year can be full of magic, love and so many Christmas parties! It can be easy to get caught up in the whirlwind and forget to take a moment for you.

Sometimes we just need a reminder it’s okay to say no, it’s okay to put yourself first, it’s okay to do what’s best for you and your peace.

For anyone struggling with this time of year, anyone using their last ounce of energy to make it through each day, sending you so much love. Look after yourselves, and most importantly please know you are never alone. Right here with you x

How to Do Chin Mudra :-
• Sit comfortably with your spine straight.
• Place your hands on your knees, palms facing upward.
• Gently touch the tip of the index finger to the tip of the thumb.
• Keep the other three fingers extended and relaxed.
• Close your eyes and breathe slowly while holding the mudra
