Some moments remind us what really matters. 💛

Not too long ago, we were honoured to support a beautiful charity yoga event hosted by Touched by Alfie. The event raised funds to help create care packages for premature and sick babies spending Christmas in Neonatal Intensive Care Units and Special Care Nurseries in Canberra.

These care packages include books for parents to read to their babies — a small but incredibly powerful way to create connection during a difficult time.

Thank you to the amazing team at Touched by Alfie for the work you do supporting families and newborns when they need it most. We’re grateful our GH Nutrition bliss balls could play a small part in such a meaningful event.

Welcome to my little pocket of the world!

My name’s Georgia, and I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian, based in Canberra.

With a degree in Psychology also under my belt, I help people figure out their issues with food, sort through confusing diet advice and advocate for the importance of balance and moderation.

I believe that when we cut through the dieting BS and fill ourselves up on delicious, nourishing foods, we can then make peace with our plates and find our natural weight, no restriction, self-loathing or guilt involved.
