If you've ever visited our clinic or read our Energy book, you will learn why we always suggest drinking warm water.

In Chinese tradition, drinking warm water will greatly help your digestive system. Your stomach is a naturally warm place. Consuming too much cold food and drink can be difficult to digest, leaving you feeling sluggish and fatigued.

Drinking warm water, especially while eating, helps keep your tummy warm, make digesting food easier on your body, and keeps you feeling happy.

So if you’re ever feeling tired, bloated, or just generally crappy after eating, enjoy a warm tea.

As we creep closer to flu season we have some old Chinese tricks and tips to help you stay healthy;

-Warm water with honey, lemon, and ginger to sooth the throat and maintain a healthy immune system.

-Moisturise everyday. Dry skin can break easily in the cold weather, making it easier for nasty germs to enter your body.

-Keep your body nice and toasty. Heat is lost more from your hands, feet, and back of your neck, so keeping these warm will keep you warm.
A quick way to warm up your body is to rub your ears. It looks kind of funny but its an old Chinese trick we’ve been doing for years.

-And remember to always wash your hands and cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing.

Stay safe and stay healthy!

Acupuncture is a great way to manage pain, restore energy, and stimulate the immune system. We take pride in helping people who suffer with chronic pain, fatigue, and fertility issues.
Our thousand year old practises and medicine are becoming more mainstream thanks to articles like this one from TIME. It's great to show what we can do for the members of our community, and how we can help people better their everyday lives.

We are OPEN during the Canberra Lockdown period.

Chinese medicine (acupuncture) is a registered health profession and recognised by the Federal Government as allied health. Allied health practitioners are part of the primary care health sector that provides an essential health service to the community.

Very strict infection control guidelines are observed in both treatment and waiting rooms and distancing requirements in the waiting room and reception desk.

We use masks at all times and all staff have completed COVID-19 infection control online training.
