Most women attend me Reflect & Release workshop carrying the weight of an entire year on their shoulders.
They sit down with that familiar mix of exhaustion, frustration, disappointment, the quiet voice whispering...
“Honestly… I’m just so done with this year.”
I get it. I've had a BIG year.
Some years feel relentless.
Some years feel like a blur.
Some years feel like we’ve been fighting for every inch of ground.
But here’s what happens every single time we begin the process…
We start mapping the year, honestly, gently, without judgement.
The highs.
The lows.
The breakthroughs.
The heartbreaks.
The choices.
The moments they forgot they survived.
The moments they forgot they created.
And then something shifts.
A woman will look down at her page, pause, and say...
“…Wow. I didn’t realise how much I actually did.
I didn’t realise how much I grew.”
The heaviness starts to loosen.
The narrative starts to soften.
And suddenly the year that felt like a disaster… doesn’t look so bad anymore.
Not because the hard parts disappear, but because they’re no longer the whole story.
They see the strength that was there the whole time.
They see the courage they didn’t give themselves credit for.
They see the tiny, quiet wins that were drowned out by stress.
They see the woman they became because of the year, not in spite of it.
And by the end, the energy in the room is different.
Lighter.
Clearer.
Grounded.
Proud.
Not because the year was easy…
but because they finally saw it truthfully.
This is the magic of Reflect & Release 💫🩷
It’s not about pretending everything was great.
It’s about honouring the truth of your year
and letting the wisdom rise to the surface.
If you’ve been carrying a heavy story about this year…
come and see what happens when you look at it through a different lens.
