We have some exciting news!
Some patients may not be aware that our team also operates from Weston Creek Physiotherapy. In 2026, we will be moving all Origin Physiotherapy operations to our Weston Creek location (2/16 Mahony Court, Weston ACT). The Deakin clinic will finish trading on Wednesday, 24 December 2025.

All physiotherapists who currently treat patients at Deakin will continue to practise at our Weston clinic. This means you can continue seeing your usual physio at the Weston location, with no changes to your treatment plan.

There has been no change to the management of the clinic, and your treating team, administrative processes, and clinical support structures all remain the same.

Our team recently collaborated with the wonderful Bek from Ginyaang Art to make this beautiful Indigenous logo for Origin.

We wanted a personalised design that incorporated both Indigenous artistry and our Origin Physio story. It was important to us to collaborate with a local Canberra artist to bring this vision to life.
Bek captured our intention beautifully - creating a design that is deeply meaningful and harmonious while capturing the essence of movement, connection, and care.

Rob is soon to come back from competing in the 2025 Tokyo Marathon - he finished with a time of 2:52 and has really enjoyed the time with the family!
We cant wait to see home back in-clinic next week.

It's Shanell's 21st birthday (again)!
Of course we have to celebrate - birthdays are nature's way of telling us to eat more cake and doughnuts, right?

We also recently celebrated Ethan and Kate's birthday, but did not get any photos. Rest assured they were spoiled 💚

Our boss man, David, competed in the Newcastle Island Triathlon Festival at the beginning of Feb. It was another top ten finish (6th) and one for the books!
We've also got our other clinical boss man, Rob, about to race in the Tokyo Marathon next month!

Hard work pays off, and there's more to come from the Origin team in 2025 🔥

Happy 2025!
