🎁 4 Tips to Avoid Back Pain When Wrapping Presents

➡️ Use a table or bench at waist height to keep your spine neutral.
2️⃣ Take micro-breaks every 10–15 minutes
Long periods of leaning forward load the lower back.
➡️ Stand up, stretch gently, and reset your posture.
3️⃣ Keep supplies within reach
Constant twisting to grab tape, scissors, or paper strains the mid-back.
➡️ Set up a “wrapping station” with everything close by.
4️⃣ Engage your core
Lightly bracing your abdomen supports your spine while bending, cutting, or taping.
➡️ Think: “tall spine, ribs down, soft brace.”
