FROM HERE TO ETERNITY

Amidst the energy of changing worlds, have you ever wondered how the Creative intelligence sees it all? Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) or the Creator's art though Compassionate (Hu)man gives us a clue with the placement, and understanding of Safety Energy Lock (SEL) 20.

Located just above our physical eyes SEL 20 came into being meaning everlasting, eternity, amalgamation with universal consciousness... So there is no judgement (aka personal consciousness), rather, the Creative Intelligence sees through the lens of everlasting, universal consciousness.

The central SEL 20 (aka the third eye), which is activated in the first step of the Main Central (MC), allows us a glimpse of that perspective via the pineal gland. Look at the illustration below. Your right hand is placed on top of your head (some find it more comfortable to place the right hand over the Occipital lobes (SEL 4)), and the left hand on the center of your forehead.

Do this first step of the MC now. As you hold these positions, Exhale, from head to toes, and Inhale naturally from toes to head. . How did that feel? When you feel a pulsation in both places, you have made a harmonic connection. This practice can also improve memory - (perpetual consciousness).

In JSJ one breath is an exhalation, followed by an inhalation. You can experiment in cycles of 9 breaths. Most people find practicing 4x9 cycles (36 breaths), can make a difference. You may need to do more than 36 breaths, so research, be your own testimony!

This is the first step of the Bladder Flow, and this Hold brings the energy down out of the face and head. In dealing with recurring emotional and psychological issues, moving energy that is stuck in the head down to below the waist is essential. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

SEL 20 harmonizes the ears and eyes. It also helps promote sharper mental activity and restore equalibrium.

To open SEL 20, place your left and right hands over the respective SEL locks and hold them until you feel a "pulse." Usually 3-5 minutes, but time varies. Exhale and inhale deeply. Drop the shoulders and BE in the moment.

Biting your nails? Grinding your teeth? These are signs from your body to harmonize the kidney flow. The "quickie" hold is to jumper cable both Safety Energy Lock 23s, as shown in the photo. Found at the center of the bottom rib. Exhale and inhale deeply for 36 breaths, at least. Relax into the moment. Smile and BE. Happy Harmonizing.
