Hello!!
I’ve had a lot of inquiries about bookings lately and people having problems getting appointments. Just wanted to let everyone know that I have decided to close/ sell the clinic as I just don’t have the time or enough days in the week to run it the way it should be run. I am juggling so many balls at the moment with my carpentry work, building license ( which I’m happy to say just passed all my theory and certifications) running the clinic and also pursuing other passion projects (watch this space) that also require a lot of study and time, ADD in my training, travel and life, it doesn’t leave a lot of spare time, UNFORTUNATELY something had to give and that’s the clinic 🥲
I will however still be active on this page and keep updates on on where I’m at and how things are playing out.
Thank you for all the ongoing support, friendships and love 🙏🏽✌🏽

A plant rich diet, less ultra processed foods.
Care more about quality and nutrients.
Find ways to add more vegetables, salads beans and legumes AND it doesn’t have to mean the elimination of meat. Do you😊
2 carrots
1 large zucchini
1 red and green capsicum
1 large onion
1 cup mushrooms.
Garlic cloves, basil, mixed Italian herbs,
Tomatoes,
2 cups lentils
Asparagus
Spinach
And I added a small amount of beef mince. This is a big batch that you can take for lunches and/or freeze.

Happy Father’s Day, to all the dads out there Especially mine.
It’s a particularly happy one for our family this year, as my pop just went through prostrate cancer surgery and then life threatening complications. So tough few months, but with a happy ending🙏🏽Watching these last few months play out makes you realise how quick a life can be taken and how important it is to celebrate, care and respect your tribe and older generations. It cost nothing, isn’t hard to do but has powerful and life affirming results where it lands.
We would cease to exist with out them and better off for them. So happy Father’s Day, ENJOY 🤗

Just want to give you all an update.
Craig will be back in the clinic on Wednesdays and Thursdays offering a few appointments to help out. And hopefully in the next couple of weeks I will have a consistent time table for treatments once i have my study times locked in. Thankyou so much for the understanding and your continued support.

108kg vs 87kg

BEFORE: low self esteem, giving too much power to external influences for my self worth, poor diet, not being authentic, poor mental health (sometimes self inflicted by my immaturity and choices) not having a great support system and pushing away the people that are ride or die, the people that don’t make you feel disposable, the people that always have your back even when You cant see it. FAMILY, YOUR BLOOD .🙏
We May not always agree and sometimes we don’t even like each other, but we love hard, forgive, respect and stand together when needed. Never underestimate the importance of a good support foundation for all round health.

CHANGING One’s mindset/outlook, taking accountability for one’s choices and actions.
Instead of excuse’s, SOLUTIONS instead of blame, ACCOUNTABILITY

AFTER: I actually eat more in the after photo then I did in the before. I eat a higher quality plant dominate diet full of fruits, vegetables, salads, nuts, grains, seeds, while still incorporating fish and lean meats. I have so much diversity and quantities in my diet now, it’s never stringent or restrictive it’s just smarter and full of nutrients that taste amazing.😋
I have more energy, clearer skin, look and feel healthier, optimal sleep and stronger mental health, All with just a few changes and consistency towards lifestyle and diet, valuing the importance of both resistance and cardio exercises, having a great support system, trying to live more authentically and appreciating the need to cultivate an environment thats more conducive to your PERSONAL goals.
BASICALLY, Be the author to your own novel instead of a bit part in someone else’s 🙏

Hamstring Tendinopathy?

A proximal hamstring tendinopathy is another common ailment that can cause pain deep in the glutes. The hamstring muscles all have a similar tendon insertion place on a bony point of the pelvis called the ischial tuberosity, which is located on the rear side of the body beneath the glute max. While hamstring strains occur often in sports like soccer, hockey, and track and field, tendon injuries (tendinopathy) occur more frequently in strength sports like powerlifting, weightlifting, and CrossFit.
The hamstring tendon is tightened and pushed against the bony pelvis when the hip is flexed significantly. If this compression takes place frequently and violently enough, the tendon may become overworked and experience pain.
