EEP! ✨ We're a little bit excited.....Our little community is in for a treat! Our wonderful friend Kat is coming on board at Balanced to take a weekly 90 min Ashtanga Practice- starting Wed 8th April at 7pm- woo hoo!
If you've never tried Ashtanga, its a traditional sequenced-based practice that builds strength, flexibility and focus. You'll move through sun salutations, standing postures, sitting postures and inversions all linked by vinyasa transitions, synchronising each movement with your breath.
Expect a physically demanding class that follows a consistent structure, allowing you to track your progress and deepen your practice over time.
Perfect for students looking to establish a stronger practice or deepen their understanding of traditional yoga. Suitable for Intermediate and experienced yogis who are looking for their next challenge.
