Enlighten Body and Health I am a Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist with an absolute belief that what we eat and how we move And I want to help others to do it too.

I am a Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist with a Masters Degree in both dietetics and exercise physiology. I want to help people feel good about themselves, their bodies and their lives. I firmly believe that how we eat and how we move is the cornerstone of how we feel, both physically and mentally. My path has been very up and down regarding my health and my weight and I have never been a naturally slim person. From an overweight childhood, to practically starving myself, to a diagnosis of autoimmune thyroid disease and lupus, and a car accident resulting in permanent injury to my back, neck and shoulder. I certainly know how It feels to have to work on getting my health, and my life, in order! The service I offer is somewhat different to other Dietitians in that I will come to you - whether it be at home, work, or even in your favourite coffee shop. Whatever is easiest for you. I also offer more than just dietary advice - as I am also an exercise physiologist I can provide exercise advice or even personal training sessions - whatever you need. Together we can work out a package that suits you.
