Our Nutrition & Dietetics students are always hard at work, investigating the impacts and quality of our food sources. In this instance, the students were examining 'quality eggs' 🥚 in sausage production.

Always a winner 👍.

At UC, we take our nutrition very seriously! If you agree and are thinking about studying or upskilling in the field of nutrition and dietetics, get in touch with us: https://bit.ly/3numUV2

She also told stories from her career and gave advice about the pathways available to students. What a wonderful way to finish a Wednesday afternoon!
