It’s , running from 3 – 10 July! The theme for this year ‘Get up! Stand up! Show up!’ – encourages all of us to champion institutional, structural, collaborative, and cooperative change while celebrating those who have already driven and led change in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities over generations.
To celebrate the week, we are hosting an exciting series of five webinars with different experts and topics for each day of the week. Our complimentary (for members) and inspiring webinars are sure to provide fresh insights into Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories and cultures.
Monday 4 July - Dietitians Australia's Reconciliation Journey and Beyond
Tuesday 5 July - Australian Indigenous Food and Nutrition Concerns
Wednesday 6 July - Introducing native Australian ingredients to your kitchen
Thursday 7 July - Working with remote communities - Optimal Infant Nutrition Project
Friday 8 July - A Yarn with Senator Malarndirri McCarthy, Assistant Minister for Indigenous Australians and Indigenous Health
