Budding Minds Psychology is a psychological practice that provides individual and family counselling to all age groups. It is a family friendly practice providing support to parents, children and young people when they need it most. Budding Minds Psychology specialises in families and provides therapy for the following:
Children's mental health and wellbeing from birth to 5 yrs, primary and high school aged children
Parents mental health and wellbeing
Parent skills training for all age groups
Perinatal psychology for families (parents experiencing antenatal or postnatal depression or anxiety, birth trauma and difficulties bonding)
Counselling for multiple birth families (families with twins or higher order multiples requiring support).

In my 2.5 hour workshop adapted from John Gottman's' ‘Bringing Baby Home’’, I help parents give their new baby the best start to life by providing both the parents and families step by step resources to help them understand their baby’s psychological needs!
