GENTLE FLOW YOGA
This is a slow gentle vinyasa practice to get you in the flow of life. Vinyasa invites the practitioner to enjoy one asana (posture) after the other in a sequence with breath awareness. This class will focus on the elements of water, earth, fire and air in a slow flowy sequence.
CHAKRA BALANCING MEDITATION & YOGA NIDRA
This 45 mns session is designed to help you reset and find balance to avoid burn out and to help you thrive. We live in times where burn out - as a result of too much stress and having too much on- is too common. Unfortunately, we tend to take remedial action when it’s too late. This session offers a preventative option for those who want to maximise their health and well-being.
BALANCING ENERGY YOGA
This Balancing Energy Yoga class is taught in the style of classical Hatha Yoga. It is a type of yoga that is traditional but yet has been adapted to suit the modern lifestyle. It aims to incorporate mindfulness in all the aspects of being – physical, emotional, and spiritual – in order to create true alignment. In this class you will be enjoying asanas or postures to balance the body and mind using the physical body, pranayama or breathing to work on the energy body, and mindfulness to calm and focus the mind.
YOGA PRANA MANTRA to balance your Yin and Yang polarities
This class is designed to support balancing your Yin (feminine) and your Yang (masculine) energies as taught in a classical Hatha yoga class.
WOMB YOGA & YONI SHAKTI to awaken to your feminine wisdom & power
It is a deeply healing modality that embodies sacred women's wisdom and awareness of the power of creation.
RESTORATIVE SADHANA W/ HEALING MANTRAS
to rejuvenate, heal & transform
Sādhanā it is a sanskrit word that invokes the energy of dedication, transformation, discipline and wisdom for a higher purpose. This unique Yoga class offers in-depth practices to restore your nervous system, deepening your connection with Self and increasing health and well-being. This is an 8 week course but drop in are possible for this class.
YIN & RESTORATIVE to feel renewed, resilient & empowered
This class is your weekly dose of me-time. You can expect to re-establish the deep connection to your mind and body to access states of rest and relaxation to unwind, relax and de-stress. Shakti Yin and Restorative Yoga is a beautiful practice that also awakens our ability to become receptive and intuitive while soothing the nervous system.
PRANA SHAKTI to increase your life force and boost your energy
By linking conscious awareness to the breath, we become sensitive to the finer aspect of the breath. We become able to better notice what brings us joy and peace. This class integrates movement, relaxation and deep breathing practices to give you a boost in your energy and increase your life force.

The women’s Temple is a circle of women exploring a sacred and real way of gathering together, being in “the temple of feminine flow”. Joining the women’s temple is an initiation to deep feminine spiritual practices, sisterhood and self-love.
KRIYA MEDITATION
3rd Saturday of the month - 9.30 – 10.30 am
Kriya Yoga is the evolutionary technique of Himalayan masters. Due to its efficacy in speeding up the soul evolution, it has been called the Lightning Path. It is an ancient technique that has been mentioned in many sacred scriptures and yogic texts in India and has been practised by masters and yogis since ancient times. In the modern age, this ancient science of meditation and spiritual evolution was revived by Mahavatar Babaji and was given to Lahiri Mahasaya and later on taught in the west by Paramahamsa Yogananda (as mentioned in his book Autobiography of a Yogi). The Kriya Yoga we teach is Empowered by the living Kriya Yoga Guru Yogiraj Satgurunath Siddhanath. Regular practice of Kriya Yoga leads to:
Balancing, Enlivening and Awakening of Chakras
Removal of bodily disease, mental stress and tension and emotional suffering
Self-healing of Physical, Emotional and Mental Bodies leading to a state of well-being and joy
Rejuvenation of body cells that arrests the ageing process of the practitioner
Helps connect to inner divine self by expanding one’s awareness
Please note – This class will involve the teaching of supportive practices for Kriya Yoga. Anyone interested in learning the full practice of Kriya Yoga will need to participate in a longer Kriya Yoga workshop.
DANCE YOUR LIFE to come back to self-love through movements and dance
4th Saturday of the month - 9.30 – 10.30 am
Dance Your Life is designed to guide you to become more present and be more loving towards yourself and your life. This session will support you in opening up on a deeper level through gentle guided movements and free flow dance. Session open to all - no experience needed.
PAMPERING WOMEN’S CIRCLE
Last Sunday of the month 10 am -12.30 pm
A monthly invitation to nurture and pamper the beautiful Goddess that you are!
Women’s Circles offer a safe and gentle space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together in the spirit of sisterhood. This circle is all about having you feel pampered, celebrated and supported. You will immerse yourself in some very gentle movements to loosen up the body, massages with luxurious creams and oils, enjoy some face yoga, henna painting (when available), card reading and more.

An invitation to find peace and feel re-energised
The studies of Dr. Emoto concluded that any sound is vibration, and vibrations such as music and other positive sounds including the human voice is a form of healing energy. We now also know that meditation offers measurable health benefits and makes life better in some very meaningful ways.. This 30-minute meditation practice will use the voice, sounds, instruments and mantras.
