At last week's CMA Annual Conference, we were proud to officially launch the 2025 Industry Snapshot; our flagship report capturing the scale, performance and direction of Australia’s complementary medicines sector.

The Annual CMA Industry Awards always concludes with the presentation of the prestigious Lady Cilento Lifetime Achievement Award.

This year’s recipient, Toby Browne, was honoured for more than four decades of leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation as the Founder and Chairman of PharmaCare Laboratories. Toby’s vision has helped shape key categories within the industry — from pioneering Australia’s first TGA-approved gummy manufacturing facility, to launching market-first products and growing iconic brands such as Nature’s Way, Bioglan and Sambucol. As PharmaCare celebrates its 40th anniversary, this award recognises Toby’s lasting impact on the sector, his support for Australian manufacturing and his long-standing community contributions.
