We welcome Dr Alexander Worrell at Waramanga Medical centre
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday : 08:30 am to 05:00 pm

Dr. Worrell enjoys listening and working closely with his patients to help maximise their quality of life and maintain a long-term therapeutic relationship.

His interest areas include child and adolescent health, travel medicine and infectious diseases, sexual health, and minor procedures.

Children aged 6 months to under 5 years
People aged 6 months or over who have medical conditions that mean they have a higher risk of getting serious disease
Pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy

WMC would like to welcome Dr Ingrid Kensey to the practice, who will be available from Wednesday the 10th of May 2023.

Dr Ingrid Kensey graduated with Distinction from the Australian National University in 2014 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2023. She has additional Diplomas in Child Health and Palliative Care. Ingrid is passionate about General Practice in all its aspects, with particular interests in palliative care, dermatology and women’s health. She is currently undertaking further training in natural family planning and restorative fertility management, and whilst providing evidence-based advice on all forms of contraception, does not prescribe hormonal or IUD contraception herself. She is on the Board of Directors of “First Steps Pregnancy Support” and registered with Medicare to provide support to women with concerns about their pregnancy.

WMC would like to welcome Dr Justin Armellin to the practice, who will be available from Monday the 6th of February. Dr Armellin is a 2014 graduate of the Sydney University post graduate medical program. Prior to entering general practice he developed his skills working in a multitude of emergency departments across New South Wales, before eventually returning to his home town of Canberra. He appreciates looking for ways to apply his medical knowledge to provide tangible improvements to peoples lives, and prides himself on providing education to his patients so that they may better understand and manage their health conditions. Justin is happy to see people of all ages.
