Directions' Post Custodial Support services are available throughout regional NSW, offered by our Pathways and SHaWS teams. We recognise that many people exiting custody have increased barriers to accessing care and support. Our staff can provide holistic support for people aged over 18 exiting custody who are at risk of harm from alcohol and other drugs.

Know someone who might benefit from being connected with the Post Custodial Support service? Reach out to your local office, or email postcustodial@directionshealth.com for more info.
