Rob has gained local and international experience working with large multi-nationals, running small businesses and teaching at tertiary level. His specialty areas include learning, leadership, change, teamwork, coaching, D&I, strategy, engagement and talent management. Rob has a specialist research and consulting interest in the Aged Care industry. Rob is an independent Management Consultant, Coach and Facilitator supporting a wide range of industries including Aged Care working directly with organisations such as Bolton Clarke, BUPA Aged Care, Scalabrini and Estia. He teaches MBA subjects at University and is a researcher in the field of organisational behaviour. Rob has built a reputation on delivering tangible business outcomes in fast moving, complex environments at executive level. Spending 7 years within Allianz Group in diverse roles including Global Head of Learning and Talent Development, Rob partnered with country CEOs and other functional global heads to deliver global outcomes to support change, innovation, product creation, talent development and strategy ex*****on. During his 5 years at Intercontinental Hotels Group, Rob gained first-hand operational and senior leadership experience as the South Pacific Director of Reservations leading close to 100 employees and supporting change across the APAC region. Rob often travels for client work and, although he currently lives in Australia, he previously spent 10 years in Europe living in The UK, The Netherlands, Spain and France. Rob has also worked extensively across Asia and North America. This experience sharpened his ability to navigate through complexity and cultural ambiguity, and to build trust across stakeholder groups. As a coach and facilitator, he strives to help individuals, teams and organisations identify growth opportunities and deliver tangible outcomes.
