Wilted greens? Don’t toss them just yet.🥬🚯

Most wilted veggies are just a little dehydrated. A short soak in ice water can bring back their crispness by restoring moisture to their cells.💧

This works because plant cells lose water over time, which makes the leaves go limp. Cold water helps them perk up and feel fresh again.😀

So before you say goodbye to that sad spinach, try this trick from your Nan and see if you can save yourself some 💲 and maybe a trip to the shops!

Yes Low level laser therapy or LLLT does improve your mobility and relieve the on-going pain.

LLLT has an inhibitory effect on pain receptors. It also stimulates the production of endogenous opioids, serotonin and acetylcholine. Additionally, through modifying protein metabolism, LLLT can change the sensory processing of pain at the spinal ganglion or nerve relay centre.

To book your LLLT session call 6260 4774 and ask to see Tracey.

Did you know.....

Drinking ginger tea may aid digestion and reduce inflammation. Other possible health benefits include preventing nausea, soothing a cold, and more.
People can also make ginger tea with fresh ginger using the following steps:

💦Wash a one-inch piece of ginger root. Some people may prefer to peel the root.
🔪Slice the ginger root into thin pieces.
♨Bring a cup of water to the boil on the stove and add the ginger slices.
🔥Simmer the ginger until it is as strong as you would like it.
☕Pour the liquid through a sieve into a cup to catch the pieces of ginger.

If people dislike the taste of ginger tea, they may enjoy adding an ingredient, such as honey, cinnamon, or mint, to adjust the flavor.
