This year starts a little bittersweet with the departure of our Front Desk angel, Miranda, who will be leaving us to brighten up the Public Service at the end of January. Good luck! 🍀We’ll miss you.

So, yes, we’re hiring 😃

Last year Miranda brought the book Atomic Habits, by James Clear, to my attention. It's worthwhile reading. Being the beginning of the year, it seems appropriate to share this with you.
The point is, it’s the tiny behaviors that lead to big changes. We see this with the accumulative affect of chiropractic adjustments! (And of course we also see the one defining moment of change 😉)
