Last night I was honoured to be able to hold space for a beautiful group of women.

We might not have been physically together but the energy felt just the same. I’m so grateful to do what I do and thankful for those who allow me to support them where I can.

I am really looking forward to what 2026 is going to bring into my life and to yours 💕

I’ll never forget my first time receiving Reiki.
I was in my mid 20’s and in a highly stressful job working for an airline.
I think it was my mum who suggested I go and gave me the details of a reiki healer she knew about.
When I walked in he commented on the stress I was carrying. I can’t remember the exact words but it was something like ‘why is someone your age carrying so much stress?’ I shrugged 🤷🏻‍♀️
I laid on the table and he started giving Reiki to me. I’m not sure where the time went but before long the session was over and he told me to take care and drive safely home.
I felt like I was walking on clouds. All the stress in my body had melted away.
It was something I never forgot and led me to learn the art myself several years later at a turning point in my life.
