Many people stay stuck in pain because of how they relate to movement. 🚫🏃‍♂️

1. You begin to fear movement, believing bending, lifting, or walking will cause harm. This fear leads to avoidance and loss of confidence in their body. 😣

2. You rely too heavily on rest. While rest can help short term, too much of it teaches the body to tolerate less, leading to stiffness, weakness, and increased sensitivity over time. 🪑⬇️

3. You associate pain with damage. Feeling pain during movement often stops progress, even when the body is safe and capable of adapting. This keeps people from rebuilding strength and resilience. 🧠🚫

4. You stop trusting their body. This affects more than pain - it impacts energy, sleep, mood, and overall quality of life. 😴⚡

The right movement, done within your limits and progressed gradually, teaches your body that it’s safe, strong, and adaptable again. 💪✨

* Signals 📡 travel from your body (afferent pathways) to your brain 🧠 to be processed and interpreted.
* Your brain then sends messages back (efferent pathways) to trigger actions in your body 🏃‍♂️.
