Did you know that Kirsten, our massage therapist is an Olympian & Commonwealth Games Medalist?!

Back in her home country Canada, she completed over 3000 hours of education for her career in massage therapy in areas such as -

❤️‍🩹 Orthopaedic & systemic pathology
🧬 Pain science & biomechanics

🧘🏽‍♀️She is also certified & clinical Pilates (watch this space 👀)
