We recently celebrated 7 years — and what a journey it has been.

A big thank you to for this incredible balloon birthday cake display — our patients and team have absolutely loved it 🎈

While we’ve been so busy these last few days we couldn’t even get the whole team together for a photo, it felt important to pause and reflect.

We are incredibly grateful not only for the past 7 years, but for the 25+ years of other owners care and community that came before us.

This week reminded us just how important community is.

After a sudden power surge took out our server, we found ourselves going a little “old school” — manual notes, handwritten scripts, and doing our very best without access to our systems.

A huge thank you to Mick’s Computers for stepping in immediately and getting us back up and running. Your support means more than you know 🙌

To our incredible team — you held everything together under pressure, calmly navigating a situation with very little visibility. We’re so proud of you.

And to the many patients who showed kindness, patience, and understanding during those very short few morning hours — thank you 🤩 We truly appreciate you.

We know it wasn’t perfect, and while we did our best to juggle bookings (especially those made online during the outage), we’re grateful to those who rode it out with us and trusted the process.
