Making your own will always be the ideal option, but sometimes amongst the craziness I love to turn to this stock powder 😊

It isn’t full of some of the nasties like others are, such as:

🙂 Artificial colours

And doesn’t contain animal products, gluten, lactose or yeast so it’s fantastic for those of you with food intolerances as well!

And so much more!

As I personally don’t choose to consume many animal products, oysters are a fantastic way for me to take in nutrients, such as those above, that I can easily be missing from my diet 🥗

Not to mention how blessed we are to have access to such delicious oysters where we live!

🥒 Cucumber slices for the eyelids, or slices with salt to eat
