•Cancellation Policy •
Due to an increase in late cancellations and no-show, i have decided to instate a new cancellation policy. I value your business and ask that you respect my business scheduling policies.

Cancellation & No-show

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-show are subject to a fee amounting to 50% cost of the scheduled service.

Service booking fee is movable up until 24 hours prior to the appointment time if rebooked for within 7 days.

All fees are required to be paid prior to re booking.

Repeat offenders

If you consistently cancel within 24 hours or not show up for your appointments, after the third time, you will only be able to make appointments on a day-of basis. If there are no appointments available that day, you will be placed on a cancellation list.
