✨ Last Youth Mental Health First Aid for 2025! ✨

We are running our last Youth MHFA Training for the year at the beautiful Maling Heritage Centre in Canterbury.

You’ll learn how to recognise signs of mental health challenges in young people, have conversations with them about their mental health, offer initial support, and connect them with professional help.
