We’re excited to welcome Dr Kassiah Miller to the Scenic Rim Physios team 🌿
Kassiah offers Chinese Medicine and acupuncture with a special interest in supporting children with autism, ADHD and gut-related concerns, as well as hormonal health for both women and men.
She takes a structured and compassionate approach, looking at how digestion, hormones, muscle tension and the nervous system work together — with treatments aimed at restoring balance, not just managing symptoms.

Physiotherapy Under the Chronic Condition Management Plan
Did you know you may be eligible for Medicare-subsidised physiotherapy sessions through your GP?�If you have a chronic condition (lasting longer than six months) such as arthritis, diabetes, chronic neck pain, back pain or osteoporosis, your GP can create a Chronic Condition Management Plan.
This plan allows up to five allied health sessions per calendar year, which can including physiotherapy. Each visit attracts a Medicare rebate, helping reduce your out-of-pocket costs.

Ask your GP if you’re eligible for a Chronic Condition Management Plan and start improving your health today! You might be able to access five sessions before the end of this year.

Struggling with hip pain after menopause?
You’re not alone. Lower oestrogen levels can weaken tendons—especially the gluteals—leading to inflammation and pain on the outside of the hip (often called gluteal tendinopathy or GTPS).

As a physio, I often see this in women 45+. The good news? Targeted exercises, posture tips, and collagen supplements (with vitamin C) can support tendon repair and reduce pain.

Early management is key. Don’t ignore hip pain—your body deserves support at every stage.

The past 6 months since we’ve been back from our overseas odyssey have flown by.
