Life Without Barriers Aged Care is now delivering a Day Program from the Myhorizon site in Capalaba.

This program provides older Australians with a welcoming, supportive environment to stay active, socially connected, and engaged, while enjoying a range of meaningful activities designed to support wellbeing and independence.

✨ Program highlights include:
- Social outings and community connections
- Creative and cognitive activities
- Gentle movement and multisensory sessions
- Morning and afternoon tea in a warm, friendly setting

Location: 1/15A Runnymede Road, Capalaba
Session times: 9:30am – 2:00pm

🎄 The True Spirit of Christmas 🎄
Christmas is a time for giving, kindness, and community - and this beautiful moment captures it perfectly.
This photo of Nicole was taken at the end-of-year Christmas party for the disability group at Here’s to Life, where Nicole was proudly handing out gifts and goodies to everyone who attended.
Nicole generously volunteers her time weekly at Here’s to Life, supporting programs that promote health, wellbeing, and inclusion for people of all abilities. Her dedication and compassion make a meaningful difference to so many lives.

✨ A Night of Holiday Magic! ✨
We had such a great time exploring the festive Christmas lights on this year’s holiday tour! From dazzling displays to cheerful seasonal scenes, the night was filled with nonstop laughter, pure joy, and all the holiday spirit we could ask for.

One of the biggest highlights? A surprise visit from the Grinch, who brought plenty of smiles, laughs, and just the right amount of playful mischief! 🎄💚
