Our services include Short-Term Accommodation (respite), SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports), SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) and much more! We’re an NDIS registered disability support provider helping children and adults with disabilities across South East Queensland and Toowoomba to live a more fulfilling life. Our experienced team offers a full suite of disability support services including short-term accommodation, in-home support, community access, day programs, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) to suit every need.

Movie World weekend = an absolute vibe 🎬🎢✨

Our crew spent the day meeting iconic characters, jumping on rides, eating all the good food, and just enjoying each other’s company from start to finish.

Huge shoutout to Alex Hastings, our Events Coordinator, for bringing together an awesome group - the energy was unreal and the laughs didn’t stop. 🙌

And we’re only getting started… we’ve got 30+ new events now live all the way through to the end of next year! Sports games, musicals, theme parks, nights out, and heaps of social hangs.

Our Story

Welcome to Tea-Cup Cottage! We're a small independent disability service provider that aspires to deliver exceptional experiences to people in our community. We believe that details matter, connecting people with meaningful supports is incredibly important, and that everyone should have the opportunity to live a great life.

Founded in 2010, Alexandra Shaw established Tea-Cup after seeking more choice and control over the disability services available to her own family. Since then it has flourished, now offering everything from short-term accommodation, in-home support and supported independent living to community access, social experiences, children’s programs, post-school support and more!
