She has worked at several hospitals in Brisbane including Ipswich Hospital, Greenslopes Private Hospital and QEII Jubilee Hospital, before transitioning to General practice. She is interested in all aspects of General Practice including but not limited to Mental health, Chronic disease management, Women’s Health including Implanon insertion and removal, CSTs and STI checks as well as Antenatal Care, Acute presentations, Paediatrics, and enjoys providing comprehensive care to her patients. She advocates for continuity of care and strives to achieve the best outcomes for her patients.

‘Tis the season… to check your skin! ☀️🕵️‍♀️

Between Christmas parties, beach days and backyard BBQs, your skin is quietly keeping score of every ray of sunshine. Australia has some of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world, and two in three Aussies will be diagnosed by the age of 70, so a quick skin check is one of the smartest gifts you can give yourself this summer.​

Think of it as an end-of-year audit, but for your freckles and moles. If you’ve noticed any new spots, changes in shape or colour, or just can’t remember when you last had a proper look, it’s time to get checked by a GP or skin cancer doctor. Early detection can make a huge difference, and many skin cancers can be treated easily when found early.​
