Physios are the ones who help with rolled ankles and sore backs, right? YES! Physio’s are well versed in assessment, diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal conditions but did you know that we do so much more as well??
From neurological conditions like strokes, to post operative rehabilitation to pelvic heath, our physios do it all!

We had two very special visitors in clinic today! 🥰 Maddie has been treating Tegan (mum) since her first baby was only 6months old! Today Tegan bought in now 2 year old Mia and hew new Baby brother Leo who is only 6months old! So special to see this gorgeous family grow (and help Tegan stay in tip top shape!)🩵

Always part of the Active Care family!

Nick, Alison, and Brien were thrilled to travel down to Victoria this past weekend to celebrate Georgia and Aruna’s wonderful wedding. Georgia moved to Melbourne in 2022 but remains such a valued member of the Active Care team.

To make the weekend even better we also got to catch up with Amanda, our former superstar receptionist from Capalaba. It was amazing to get the gang back together!

A huge congratulations to Georgia and Aruna - we wish you a lifetime of happiness ahead!

Great to be back down at for their Club Champs last weekend! Such a fantastic tennis club and it’s our pleasure to provide physio services for their events.

Andrew has a particular interest in tennis being a coach/player himself & he really enjoys being able to apply that knowledge to help manage any injuries that pop up during matches! Congratulations to everyone who participated!

Our new gym is coming together nicely! Our gym door is was finished yesterday and our staff are super excited with the finished product! We still ask our patients to enter via the main door at 147 Redland Bay Road.
