Due to popular demand we have introduced 2 new Pilates classes at our Capalaba clinic! Claré will be running a reformer class at 5:30pm on a Tuesday and Charlize will be running a mat class at 7:30am also on a Tuesday! Book now to secure your spot!

Physio led Bone Density Classes are starting at ActiveCare.

Build your self-confidence and bone density with evidence-based exercise consisting of resistance training and impact loading, with an individualised program and technique guidance from Physiotherapists George and Mac.

1 x Individual Pre-assessment is mandatory (standard session that is rebatable with private health)
8-week program either Tuesday or Thursday from 6:30am – 7:30am. ($300 for the 8-weeks, private service and non-rebatable)

Always part of the Active Care family!

Nick, Alison, and Brien were thrilled to travel down to Victoria this past weekend to celebrate Georgia and Aruna’s wonderful wedding. Georgia moved to Melbourne in 2022 but remains such a valued member of the Active Care team.

To make the weekend even better we also got to catch up with Amanda, our former superstar receptionist from Capalaba. It was amazing to get the gang back together!

A huge congratulations to Georgia and Aruna - we wish you a lifetime of happiness ahead!
