Do you ever get triggered?🌟 Getting triggered can feel really intense, right? 😫It usually happens because something reminds us of past experiences or emotions we haven't fully processed. As kids, 🧒we might have developed certain reactions that kept us safe, but as adults, those same responses can sometimes cause more harm than good. When we react with things like anger, fear, or shame, it can be overwhelming 🤷♂️and a little confusing. It's like our feelings from the past are popping up when we least expect it! The good news is that recognising those triggers is the first step🚶♀️ toward understanding them and finding healthier ways to cope.
