The knee is behaving! looks nearly normal.- except for the big arse scar!
My slow return to work is ramping up, back to my weekly Perth runs this week :)
The break was great (after a painful start!) but time jump back into reality
Thanks Kristina for dealing with me, and Rayne for pushing me through the rehab at home :) despite the swearing and tears. I couldn't have done it without your both !!

As we move into 2026, I have recently joined the 21st century(?) and started utilising the Equigate App. After a couple of months, I can believe I resisted for so many years!!
Optimising my appointment notes, record keeping, client database, diary and accounting..
I have been a tech phobe for too long 🤣🤣
