The Road to Tree of Life Wellness

My Name is Jessica, I am from Sweden and came to Australia traveling 18 years ago, I met my husband here and made Australia my home.

Yoga and Holisting healing have always been close to heart for me and I love learing about Natural healing, our body is amazing and our connection with the earth and universe is incredible, Mother earth grows food and medicine for us and everything else we need lie within us.

I became a Swedish Massage therapist in 2005 and my love for the body and healing grew and in 2014 with two young children my practice became a very big part of my life.

I knew I wanted to share the experience of Yoga with others and in June 2018 I became a Certified Level 1 Yoga teacher.
