This is something I've gone through myself.. where I analyse and try to understand each of my habitual thoughts, but sometimes it's just a matter of.. I understand this, I hear this, I see it's arising, and I just need to let it go and not give it weight or energy.
Your old habitual thoughts take time to transition out of the habitual thought cycle.
Just be present and let it fade away. 🌱
