Last week we wrapped up some great training sessions at 5 Country Care Group stores across Queensland, and we’re not slowing down yet.

Who knew ramps could make such a splash? 💦♻️

First Splashes Swim School in Toronto reached out for a ramp for their hydrotherapy pool wheelchair lift — so we supplied one with attached kerbing to keep things smooth and safe.

But the splash didn’t stop there… our water-retention ramps also came in handy in three showers and two unisex changerooms to help stop water from going walkabout and reduce slip hazards.

A solid win for safety — and Aussie recycled rubber doing what it does best! 💪🛞

This time last week, some of our team were getting ready for a truly special evening — the Masquerade Ball: Unmasking Domestic Violence, hosted by our charity partner, Survivors R Us.

Survivors R Us does incredible work supporting men, women, and children impacted by domestic violence, homelessness, and unemployment. We’re honoured to stand beside them in their mission.

About Tyrex

Tyrex has been operating for more than 30 years providing sustainable solutions for your business and home by using recycled rubber to produce a range of ramps, safety and commercial products.

Tyrex was founded by two friends Peter Cross and Peter Wilson. When the business was created the technology used by Tyrex was extremely innovative for the time and there were a lot of different products manufactured. Over time mobility ramps became the biggest selling product range and Tyrex have received many awards.

Tyrex has always focused on continual improvement and always continued to develop the products onsite. Because of this and by maintaining a strong customer focus, Tyrex has more than doubled in size in the past 7 years. Our use of environmental sustainability solutions for landfill and environmental waste problems is what drives Tyrex innovation and business practices.
